Bottlebrushes

Don't ya just love bottlebrushes? I do. I love the colours! I spent this morning cleaning the kitchen. We had guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Christmas day and every meal was cooked. I do clean as I go, but the kitchen ended up trashed! This afternoon I started drawing. Planning for my silkscreening. Drawing is so much fun! I haven't drawn for such a long time. I plan to draw for the rest of the week!

How great the your Bradley bought you all the silk screening stuff for Christmas...enjoy drawing....I plan to get into my sewing room and have a big tidy up tomorrow....it became a bit of a dumping ground for anything that I couldn't find a home for when I was cleaning up for Christmas day....and there were things that had to be put away from little hands! Been a pretty quiet few days....have been jigsawing and sleeping...! love the bottlebrush pic.....have a great week....L

You've captured the bottlebrush perfectly. I dont have any of those in my garden.

So happy you're excited about all the craftiness you're going to get up to this week. Enjoy. I'll be doing some today but off to work for the rest of the week.

I wish I could draw. I don't even do stick men justice. Well done you on the cleaning front.

I've never seen those flowers, but they sure do look beautiful in your photo.

Your beautiful bottle brush would make a lovely subject to draw, Kris. This particular colour is so gorgeous.

I love bottlebrushes too, I have a tree in my yard here in Central Florida, and each year it is heavy with colorful brushes.
