A Picnic Kind of Day

Misses 20 & 21 with grandchildren

Miss 21 and grandson running

I'm visiting my Adelaide children and grandchildren at the moment. Today we had a lovely picnic in Mrs 27s backyard. Everyone was there, Mrs 27, Misses 20 and 21, and Mr 23. (Hooray for days off!) There were sandwiches and fruit followed by hide 'n seek and tent building. Much fun. I even broke out the stitching and stitched until the warm autumn afternoon cooled. Autumn days in Adelaide can be so lovely.

I shacked up inside all day waiting for the oven guy , but from my window I could see how beautiful the weather was.

It was a fine day for a picnic !

You did well! We had cold, wind and sleety rain today. Odd bits of sun. Send some down to us will you?
