So I make a bunch of goals on December 31, not sure whether I will be able to accomplish them, but I'm hopeful. Then January 1st arrives and I have no internet.
None.
*sigh*
Blogging is so hard without the internet! Luckily I have a smartphone, I've never blogged from it before, so this is an experiment!
Today has been a pretty slow day here. We spent New Year's Eve at a friends house. The plan was to be home just after 10pm, but inertia set in. We were sitting, we were comfortable and suddenly it was midnight. So I have done very little today. Tune in tomorrow for some finished stitching!

Well you did better than me Kris. I was fast asleep by 10 pm (sadly it was also my wedding anniversary!)
The internet is fabulous when it works...not so great when it goes on strike. I hope that's not a sign of things to come for your whole year!
I might live just under 2000km from you, but I also struggled with the internet last night and in the end I gave up about 2am and had to leave my blog looking like a dog's breakfast. Luckily, I was back on line this morning and got it all looking good again. Glad you have a smart phone to keep on blogging.
Cath :)
I went out to a friend's house and was intending to be home around 10pm....but like you ended up staying until after midnight...twins!!
Well that seemed to go well. There's a first time for everything .... it was worth a go. Love your sewing machine. The internet is wonderful, except when it doesn't work .... then it's horrid.
Happy New Year to you! You must have been in good company for you not to want to come home at 10pm. Those are the best nights.
Cheers - Joolz
I was in bed by midnight but lay there listening to the fireworks and the rain on the roof - I was in NZ, it was a bit of a rude awakening when we got to Adelaide :)
Your smartphone blog post looks good, we're lucky to have all this technology.
No Internet not a good start to the year. Well done on seeing the new year in. I didn't I think it is the first year I haven't.
