We went to the zoo on our way home. We haven't been to Western Plains Zoo for a really long time. It was great fun. We drove around the zoo in a golf cart type vehicle and saw some interesting and beautiful things. The hippos were great and the giraffes and...... everything pretty much. My favourite was the maned wolf. The setting was just beautiful and the maned wolf was just amazing. They look like they are on stilts. Their legs are so long!

the zoo is great.....last time I went I walked around......yep it is a long way I was exhausted by the times I got to the end........
I have never been to Western Planes Zoo, although I have been to Monato and I loved Monato ...I could go back again and again. Where is the Zoo and is it as good as Monarto? I am always fascinated at the beauty of the creatures that God created.
I really like how you have captured every stage of the hippo coming out of the water. Yes, the wolf's legs do look very long. x
