Stitching!

I have been stitching! I packed my second Tis the Season up and took it to Adelaide in case I had some time in between playing with the grandchildren and the children. I traced it out months ago, but I think I was all TTSed out. I stitched a couple of these in Adelaide last week and I am in love with it all over again. Plus, it is cold and raining here so the attraction of the heater and my stitching is mighty strong. Not much else is happening here. I did stick some pins into my new pincushion. And wrote a list or two. And went out a lot to do the chores and errands that pile up when you go away for the week. Hopefully tomorrow I will have a day at home with my sewing machine!

Great job! I finished my second lot of stitcheries a couple of days ago. Just waiting for fabric for the outer borders, binding and backing. I should sew the blocks together while I am motivated though!

I'd be careful, doing strenuous things like sticking pins in pincushions - you may strain something - Lol! :)

This weather is good for nothing BUT sitting in front of a fire and stitching! I think it's going to be a looooong winter!

Yes.....sticking pins in pin cushions and writing lists.....you must be exhausted! LOLOLOL.....I am planning to do some more of the stitcheries and just need to trace them off and get going....I have my basket with several stitchery projects in it by the lounge so i can just grab something to stitch while I am watching TV.....with my hot water bottle on my feet and a quilt over my knees.....which is fine because I am a Granny after all!!! Work is warm....but i think it would be frowned upon if I took my stitching and did that instead of what I am paid to do......*sigh*
