It's February!

Hard to believe that January 2009 is gone. Hello February! It has been so hot here that we haven't done much more than stay at home in the cool. Well, the coolish. When it is 41 outside even 30 degrees inside feels cool! More proof that everything is relative. Speaking of relatives, this is Mr 8 and Miss 16 on the last day of 2008. I really like my relatives. Being a Mum is hard work, but full of joy too. This photo just makes me feel so happy. I remember following along behind these two and thinking how incredibly great they are. My 300th post is in about four or five posts so hang around to see what great stuff I will be giving away! See you soon!

It is sad to think in a blink of an eye they are all grown up.

it's such a wonderful feeling, as a parent, to get such joy from your children. mine give me so much satisfaction - it's a pleasure to watch them grow and learn. and yes, there is a downside, but it's only occasionally that they fight or drive me batty!
love the photo too.

It's wonderful to look at them and feel the joy and proud and thinking I made it possible!
Lucky you with warm weather, here I have 15 days raining of cold weather and wind.

Yes, there's nothing quite like the joy of being a Mum. Pretty wonderful, isn't it?

This is a really nice post....having the opportunity to have kids is really wonderful and a blessing. There are always ups and downs but you've got to love the challenges. It only seems like yesterday you have your 200th post...that's gone fast

You know what! I have been following you and the rest of your lovely family, I think I have seen them all on pictures too, but not you! I just don;t believe neither of your kids is able to make a goodlooking picture of their loving mum, so maybe you should dare them ;-). And show the result on your blog. Maybe if you don't, I will....
