I am a mother of eight and grandmother of four who loves to make and create. Rosemary Hill is the name of our home where we live, work, learn and create together
I have 4 very black, gooey bananas in my fruit bowl that are destined to become Banana bread tonight. That loaf certainly looks like it turned out all right.
I like banana bread but my girls hate bananas so one loaf is headed for Kirby's friend, who's mother is unwell.
Yes, without bananas there would be no banana bread, looks like you managed quite well. I often use the hotplates like that for a cooling rack, works very well.
I just love Banana Bread and we have been eating a lot of it lately. There were a glut of bananas saved after the cyclone so what better way to use them than get your husband to make this wonderful treat. Take care!
When I read that you were baking I wondered how you would go since most of your "stuff" is in storage! Looks like you did very well...and after all ....the bananaga WERE the main ingredient...and as long as you had those you had a great start! (and finish - it looks great!)
So remember Banana Bread from our last trip to Australia. I found myself eating it all the time, for breakfast! Luckily we were always walking, so didn't seem to gain any extra pounds! Do you put butter on yours? x

I'm sure it was delicious despite the lack of those few things. It looks pretty done in a round shape too. Rebel!

Just catching up here seem to be chasing my tail a bit lately. I am impressed I would have given up on the Banana Bread.
