My sewing room is still a mess! I still have a bunch of projects close to being finished without really being that close to being finished! I still have dozens of projects floating around in my head, desperately trying to get out! Lots to do! Perhaps I'll start tomorrow!

It is a great group of gals.....really enjoying the class and the company!
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to thing that I work better in a bit of a mess. I'm the same as you, many projects buzzing around in my head, I try and write them down sometimes.
ReplyDeleteoh wished I could join you girls.......so jealous......the blocks look great and I am really enjoying reproductions at the moment......
ReplyDeleteI love that you did mirror colour blocks and then showed them both. What a difference colour placement makes. But they both look fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLove your block! I bought the Judie Rothermel fabric yesterday, so I know the true colours!
ReplyDeleteIn 2009 I joined a Civil War class at my LQS. We started with 5 blocks per month, but some members finished all the blocks within 8 months...! I guess they had nothing else on hand... LOL!
Really pretty color/pattern combo in your block....good job!
ReplyDeleteLooking excellent!
ReplyDeleteI love your block Kris. The colour thing with the camera always baffles me too. I can never seem to get a picture true to colour. Look forward to seeing more of your civil war blocks. Dianne.
