Today I went to the patchwork apple. It was very fun. I bought some fabric (a panel and some 50% off fabric for backing). We also went to the lolly shop at Hahndorf. (That was the fun for the kids!) I love fabric shops. Especially ones that are friendly! It was a really relaxing day.

A happy day during happy week.
Today I went to the patchwork apple. It was very fun. I bought some fabric (a panel and some 50% off fabric for backing). We also went to the lolly shop at Hahndorf. (That was the fun for the kids!) I love fabric shops. Especially ones that are friendly! It was a really relaxing day.

Lollies as well? that sounds like a great day. I love strolling through Hahndorf it has such a wonderful atmosphere. We always stop at the old horse drawn carriage. You've reminded me that we should go agin as it has been a while.(yes, I'd like to get to the market more often too)
Hey....you are right Kris..not fair - me at work and you visiting the Patchwork Apple....I did speak to Jane on the phone yesterday though so I was sort of there!! AI enjoyed your post on digital cameras - there is an art to self portraits....the kids have it down pat but I prefer not to be in photographs so have not bothered with the learning the technique - well that's my excuse and I am sticking to it!!
I often wonder how the names of shops are thought of, the Patchwork Apple sounds like a good one. x
sounds like a fun time was had by all. i really want to get up to the patchwork apple, but the weekends come and go so quickly and i don't think i can get up there during the week.
one day i will though!
